PeopleMaps started to pioneer online personality profiling way back in 2000, when almost everyone was saying it can’t be done.

PeopleMaps developed the first professional online personality report for individuals to use in career development.

For several years Anne held a teaching fellowship in the psychology department at the University of Westminster, London. She helped form the very first Masters in Business Psychology course offered through any UK university. Anne holds degrees in Business Studies, Psychology and a Masters degree in Social Science. She has specialised in Jungian psychology, in particular personality psychology within a work environment.

Although Martin began life as a scientist, having graduated with a degree in Applied Physics, his fascination with personality profiling psychology has grown over the last sixteen years. Martin was also an early adopter of Internet technology and is responsible for the design of the PeopleMaps delivery platform.
